Le jour J / The D Day

Départ 7h15 du matin pour une très longue et intense journée !!! Et oui aujourd'hui je pars de chez papa-maman (encore) pour partir 9 mois à l'aventure en Pologne dans le cadre d'un Service Volontaire Européen.

Departure at 7.15 am for a long and important day !!! In fact, today I'm leaving mummy and daddy's home (again) to spend nine months in Poland as a european volunteer.

Après quatre heures de train, me voici à l'aéroport. Premier petit stress, il faut que je prenne la navette pour changer de terminal. J'arrive enfin à bon port et passe rapidement les différentes étapes afin d'être tranquille. Résultat, me voila en train de glandouiller devant les portes d'embarquement bien avant l'heure...

After four hours by train, here I am at the airport. First stressfulstressful moment, I have to take a train to change terminal. I arrive at least in the right place and go through the different controls. Finally, I'm waiting in front of the boarding gate in advance...

Le premier vol se passe parfaitement bien, je suis au hublot et je peux voir de très beaux paysages de Paris à Francfort car nous volons assez bas.  Mais un peu avant la fin du deuxième vol, je commence à avoir très mal au crane et aux oreilles.

The first flight is really nice, I'm near the windows and I can see beautiful landscapes from Paris to Francfort because we're flying quite low. But at the end of the second one, I've got a big headache and my ears are hurting me...

Mon premier aperçu de la Pologne !

Des nuages très artistiques...

Emilia et son mari m'attendent à l'aéroport. Ils ont loué un petit camion car ils croyaient que j'avais beaucoup plus de bagages. En rentrant a Lebork, nous traversons les petits villages de la Cachoube, une région de Pologne.

Emilia and her husband are waiting for me at the airport. They rent a small truck because they thought I had more luggage !! To come back to Lebork, we go through small villages of Cachoubie.

Nous dînons tous ensemble chez Emilia puis je découvre mon propre logement : une grande chambre, une grande salle de bain, une grande cuisine, rien que pour moi, génial !! Photos à venir...

We dine all together in Emilia's house and then I discover my own place : big room, big bathroom, big kitchen just for me, great ! Pictures will come...
